Good Samaritan Health Services Patient No-Show Policy Notification

Attention Patients: We thank you for being a patient at Good Samaritan Health Services. You are very important to us; however, we have been having challenges with some patients not showing up for scheduled appointments. Because appointment times are limited, we are enforcing some consequences in the event a patient has no-showed to multiple appointment times.

If you do not show up to two (2) appointment times in a row or frequently (three [3] times within a calendar year) you will be placed on a Hold-no-show list.

You will be sent a notification to the effect that due to multiple no-shows to appointment times, you are on a hold list and will not be allowed to walk-in or schedule an appointment at any Good Samaritan clinic for a period of one year.

Please make every effort to keep your appointments. If you must miss for whatever reason, we require 24 hour notice. Please call the office at 918-710-4222 to cancel and re-schedule your appointment. We will do our best to get you rescheduled when you call. If you call to re-schedule an appointment, it does not count as a no-show.
