Each year our dedicated staff serves our patients in more than 6000 patient visits at our 750 clinics. In addition to providing primary care and follow-up referrals, our clinics keep over 900 patients per year out of the Emergency Room. Saving our hospitals over $2.5 million!

Donate Towards Diabetic Nutrition Classes
Good Samaritan Health Services now offers Diabetic Nutrition Classes to patients with a desire to learn how to control diabetes through diet and lifestyle changes. Our qualifying patients 65 and under have access to Diabetes education at Ascension St. John through the MAP referral program. Qualifying patients 65 and older may obtain Diabetes education through a Spanish speaking Diabetic Specialist Nurse Practitioner.
To give your donation towards the continued diabetic education of our patients, follow the steps below.
